The ballroom became a public training center, union hall, and event space.
Workers voted to keep the chandeliers but publish their purchase history.
A display explained how pension money paid for them.
Nina Bell directed the center’s evidence and workplace-rights program.
At the opening, reporters asked Vivian to recreate the kneeling image.
She refused.
