Investigators searched Blue Veil’s digital files.
Victoria’s signature appeared on the resort offer, pension guarantee, and a declaration stating Alexandra had harassed the couple due to “persistent grief-related delusions.”
Victoria remembered signing the declaration.
Mason’s attorney described it as a statement for wedding security.
She had not read the final page.
Again, carelessness did not erase the signature.
Alexandra confronted her outside the archive.
“You repeated that I was unstable.”
“Mason told me you threatened the wedding.”
“I asked him not to steal the necklace.”
Victoria looked toward the pool.
She had laughed while throwing Alexandra’s phone because guests were watching. She wanted to demonstrate that the unwanted mother could not disturb her day.
“You could have sent the documents before the ceremony.”
“I did.”
“I never received them.”
“Mason controlled the guest email and your security staff.”
Victoria understood how thoroughly he shaped the information around her.
She also understood that she had enjoyed the shape.
Staff complained about missing wages. She called them ungrateful.
A bridesmaid questioned the trust papers. Victoria removed her from the wedding.
The pool manager warned that draining and refilling water for photographs violated local restrictions. She demanded it anyway.
Mason manipulated her ambition.
He did not create it.
Victoria gave Isaac her phone and laptop. She disclosed every document Mason sent and every private conversation she remembered.
Her attorney warned that cooperation could expose her to fraud charges.
“I signed the papers.”
“You may have lacked intent.”
“I threw evidence into a pool on camera.”
The attorney could not disagree.
Public footage spread online.
The bride laughing beside the splash became a symbol of wealthy arrogance.
Memes placed the phone inside oceans, volcanoes, and fountains.
Victoria’s modeling contracts disappeared within hours.
The diamond company that sponsored part of the wedding denied involvement.
She had spent years building an image.
One impulsive act revealed something the image had hidden.
At the estate, workers asked whether they would be paid.
The trust authorized emergency wages.
Victoria’s wedding company had already spent deposits from several future clients on the poolside event.
She opened its records and discovered Mason’s finance team had moved the money into Blue Veil’s resort account.
She was both director and potential defendant.
The perfect wedding had been financed partly by brides who had not yet married and employees whose pensions were missing.
Victoria removed the tiara from her hair.
