Victor called the property the Cole family house. Legally, it was not.
The lease remained active only while payments were current.
They were not.
Now the attempted trust authorization revealed their true plan.
If Emma signed, Victor intended to mortgage the Reed clinics and use part of the money to purchase the house from Margaret’s holding company at a manipulated price.
Victor stood over her on the hardwood floor and still acted like she was trespassing.
“You came here to provoke us,” he said.
