Victor’s lawyers argued Bianca designed the scheme.
Miles testified against both.
Eli authenticated the recordings.
Lena described the gala.
The defense asked whether she resented wealthy guests.
“No,” she said. “I resent people who treat employees as furniture until they need a witness.”
Ruth testified last.
Bianca’s attorney asked whether the humiliation had made her vindictive.
Ruth looked at Bianca.
