The prosecution charged Graham with attempted murder, conspiracy, fraud, obstruction and Daniel’s homicide.
The ballroom footage opened the case.
The vehicle evidence established the earlier crime.
Orion engineers testified that Graham authorized the remote steering command. The corrupt crash investigator described the payoff. Dr. Voss admitted preparing Victor’s incapacity report before the gala.
Claire testified about Daniel’s warning and the preserved cupcake.
Graham’s attorney attacked Lily’s memory.
The judge prevented aggressive questioning of the child. Her recorded forensic interview and camera footage were enough.
Lily did not enter the courtroom.
Graham took the stand.
He said Daniel threatened thousands of jobs by preparing to expose financial misconduct. He described the crash as an unauthorized contractor action and the gala dose as a temporary intervention.
The prosecutor asked why every emergency ended with Graham gaining power.
He had no convincing answer.
