The hidden camera was removed.
Transparent safety cameras replaced it under published rules.
Catering staff received authority to preserve food samples and stop service without executive approval when tampering was suspected.
A year later, a waiter used the policy after seeing a guest add something to another person’s drink.
Security intervened before anyone consumed it.
