Graham claimed he was testing ballroom security.
The syringe contained colored water.
The messages concerned a theatrical crisis drill.
The toxicology report disproved the first claim.
His physician disproved the second.
The signed incapacity papers disproved the third.
Graham changed his story.
He said Victor had asked for help avoiding a humiliating medical episode. The sedative was meant to calm him. The trust transfer protected the company if investors panicked.
Victor answered through counsel.
“I asked my grandson to prepare for leadership. I did not authorize him to manufacture my incapacity.”
Federal investigator Lena Ortiz seized Graham’s phone.
Deleted messages connected him to Orion and to the police officer who handled Daniel’s crash.
The gala confrontation became probable cause for a larger search.
Graham was arrested for attempted poisoning and evidence tampering.
Claire did not celebrate.
