Security video from the center showed him entering under another name.
The surviving crash investigator admitted receiving money to classify the event as driver error. He said Graham claimed Daniel was emotionally unstable after combat service.
The explanation had sounded plausible because Daniel carried a diagnosis for post-traumatic stress.
